Omnia is committed to protecting your personal data. This page summarises the data we collect, how it is used, whether it is encrypted, and how you can request deletion — as required by Google Play and Apple App Store.

Data collected

  • Personal info: name, email, phone.
  • Location: approximate and precise location (with permission) for delivery.
  • App activity: in-app searches and order history.
  • Device identifiers: for analytics and fraud prevention.

Purpose of collection

  • Fulfil and deliver your orders.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Improve app performance and user experience.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse.

Data sharing

We share only the data necessary to complete your order with restaurants and delivery riders. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Encryption

All data is transmitted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent.

Deletion
